Kindness

Yesterday, I was at a Starbucks drive-thru when I was told, upon reaching the pay window, that the car in front of me had paid for my order. I was stunned by this display of kindness from a total stranger and touched by their generosity.

It also made me smile because it reaffirmed the belief that we're all in this together, watching out for each other during this pandemic.

I'd like to pay it forward, to bring a little ray of sunshine to someone else's day.

Please leave a comment here on the blog, or one of my social media platforms, and I'll gift one person $25.

Love,
Janice

The Dog, Piglet

Every time I sit down to blog, I inevitably end up on Instagram instead.

Probably because it's more fun to look at dogs doing stuff than working through this writing slump I'm in right now.

It's not even my Instagram that I'm constantly on, but Piglet's.

Yes, I've turned into that dogmom.

I mean, can you blame me when she's doing things like this?

Or, this?

And, this?

Let's not even talk about how much she loves horses.

Like, really loves horses.

Piglet's also really good at judging me:

Punking me:

And, schooling me:

But that's okay.

Because I know how much she loves me:

She's lucky she's punny.
